Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your right to cancel an order placed with Outdoor Covers UK, a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd. (Company No. 07000887, VAT GB987256073), Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email sales@outdoorcoversuk.co.uk with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancelling after delivery — your statutory right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly in writing before the 14 days expire:

We will then send you a return form and the return address.

Returning the goods

  • You have a further 14 days from telling us to send the goods back.
  • Goods must be complete, unused and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please obtain proof of postage.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid, plus the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner). Refunds go back to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

These are covered separately by our Refund Policy, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
