Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped by Outdoor Covers UK, a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd. (Company No. 07000887, VAT GB987256073), Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom.

Where we deliver

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery cost

A flat delivery charge of £9.99 applies to every order, regardless of order value or size. The charge is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. We do not offer free delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Order cut-off: 2:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday
  • Dispatch: 1–2 working days from receipt of your order
  • Delivery: a further 3–6 working days after dispatch

So most orders arrive within 4–8 working days of being placed. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Larger or palletised items (for example marquees, wooden buildings and carports) may be delivered by a specialist carrier who will contact you to arrange a delivery slot. If you need an estimated date before ordering, contact us and we will confirm it for your item.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events outside our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Late deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 2 working days of the estimated window, check the tracking link first, then contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent, photograph the item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery and email the photos with your order number to sales@outdoorcoversuk.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
