Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases from Outdoor Covers UK, a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd. (Company No. 07000887, VAT GB987256073), Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom.

- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Refunds processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- No restocking fee.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Returning a purchase
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be complete, unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any tags still attached, and must show no signs of use, washing, fitting or alteration.
To start a return, email sales@outdoorcoversuk.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a return form and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, photograph the item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery and email the photos with your order number to sales@outdoorcoversuk.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Reporting damage after 24 hours may make a carrier claim harder to pursue, but it does not remove your statutory rights: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and you may still have a remedy for up to six years.
How your refund is processed
When we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm whether it has been accepted. Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
If your refund has not appeared after that, check first with your bank or card provider, as they can take a few extra days to post it. If it still has not arrived, contact us at sales@outdoorcoversuk.co.uk.
