How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is a flat £9.99 per order to UK addresses — we do not currently ship outside the UK. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered in a further 3-6 working days. Larger or palletised items may be delivered by a specialist carrier who will contact you to arrange a slot. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Are your products waterproof?
Many of our marquees, gazebos, and storage shelters have waterproof canopies and covers, but specifications vary by product. Check the individual product description for waterproof ratings, UV resistance, and wind tolerance before ordering.
Can I get replacement parts?

What payment methods do you accept?
